Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is based on the method you request and the physical shipping your location.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Most Sassy Traveler purchases are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The turnaround time us usually from 1 – 4 business days. If an item is back ordered you will be notified via email and the expected availability of the item.
Q: How are orders shipped:
A: Orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. (UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air). You select the method of ship at checkout.
Q: Can my order be shipped internationally?
A: We are happy to ship internationally for an additional charge. If you will contact us directly we can quote an exact shipping rate.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. If you set up an account at the time you placed your order, you will need to log into your account. You can login from any one of the tabs beginning with the Shop Now tab or by selecting the Shopping Cart link. Once you are logged into your account you will be able to view information about your orders.
