Return/Exchange Policy

We stand behind the products you order from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receiving your product for an exchange or refund.  The product must be in new, unused condition. Product must be in the original state as shipped, in the original package when appropriate, unused, and with original tags or information attached.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  For free or discounted shipping offers, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Products returned for a refund will be credited within 10 business days of the receipt of the item. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.  Prior to returning an item you must contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization.
