2. Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?
    A:  The Sassy Traveler, Inc. accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card for processing orders using our secure server. We are unable to accept personal or business checks, cashier’s checks or money orders as payment.  Sassy Traveler coupons or gift cards are always welcome as payment.

3. Q:  May I use a debit card?
    A: we currently do not accept debit cards

4. Q:  How much is shipping?
    A:  Shipping is based on the method you request and the physical shipping your location.

5. Q:  When will my order be shipped?
    A:  Most Sassy Traveler purchases are shipped directly from the manufacturer with a turnaround time from 1 – 4 business days.  If an item is back ordered you will be notified via email and the expected availability of the item.

6. Q:  Can my order be expedited if necessary?
    A:  yes, most orders are shipped ground; however, if you would like to expedite your order you simply need to make that decision at check out time.  Understand this will impact the shipping fees.

7. Q:  How are orders shipped:
    A:  Orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. (ground, 2 day or overnight)?

8. Q:  Can my order be shipped internationally?
    A:  We are happy to ship internationally for an additional charge.  If you will contact us directly we can quote an exact shipping rate.

9. Q:  Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    A:  No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

10. Q:  How can I check the status of my order?
      A:  Log onto the website and click on “my account.”  From there you will be able to view information about your order.

11. Q:  What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
      A:  We stand behind the products you order from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receiving your product for an exchange or refund.  The product must be in new, unused condition. Product must be in the original state as shipped, in the original package when appropriate, unused, and with original tags or information attached.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  For free or discounted shipping offers, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Products returned for a refund will be credited within 10 business days of the receipt of the item. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.  Prior to returning an item you must contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization.

      A:  The Sassy Traveler, Inc values our customers and respects your privacy.  We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customer’s personal data customer information in order to communicate with you for promotions or on an “as needed” basis.  The Sassy Traveler will never sell or rent your personal information to a third party.
